Emilía G. Mikaelsdóttir, Esq.

Emilía completed a BSc in Business Law and an ML degree from Bifröst University with first-class honors. Her master's thesis addressed "Government Authorities' Powers to Process and Retain Personal Data." During her studies, she received recognition for an outstanding term paper on "the legal status of fathers in relation to their children," as well as for a confidential business plan for a tourism company. Emilía is fluent in Spanish and English, in addition to Icelandic, of course.
 

Emilía has strong expertise in immigration law and related matters. She has also completed a course in mediation. She has a keen interest in family law and related issues. When she is not working, you are likely to find Emilía enjoying some form of outdoor activity, whether it be cycling, hiking, skiing, or golf.
